Omemee ; Downtown Space Sought!

Required: 100 SQ FT of space ( a little more or less is fine) close to downtown Omemee to be used as a studio. I need a place to create away from the distractions of home. A simple warm room with at least one 15 amp plug. No plumbing or washroom required. A small simple affordable space. It WILL NOT be used as a store, just a private space in which I can paint and carve.
