Fleming College Students Host 5th Annual EcoHealth Conference

Thursday, April 12, 2012,the third year Ecosystem Management Technology students will host the 5th Annual Eco Health Conference at Frost Campus.
The title of this year’s conference is Big Communities, Little Planet. The purpose of the conference is to promote local action in communities for global change. Students, Lindsay and area residents, community groups and local businesses are invited to come out to participate and learn. Workshops will run from 1-5pm and keynote speakers will start at 6pm. The third year students are excited to announce the keynote speakers for the conference: Maude Barlow, the National Chairperson of the Council of Canadians; and Jacob Rodenburg, the Executive Director of Camp Kawartha.
