Urgent! Millbrook Family Needs Home! $1500

Couple with 17 year old Crestwood high school student dog and cat urgently nead suitable house.

We made a deal and paid first and last months rent and the land lord phoned today and told me the house sold and we should come to get our money back. The problem is we already gave our notice and now we will lose this house. We are looking for a house in or around Millbrook but the most important thing is it has to be in the Crestwood school district.
A fenced yard would be nice with a finished basement and a garage. We don't realy want to pay more than $1500.00 a month all inclusive. This is probably a lot to ask but you can rest assured that the rent would be paid on time and the house would be well taken care of. Depending on wher it is the rent is flexable. Example. Wood heat is good for me cause I cut my own. If the house is on a well then ther is no water or sewer. I don't mind paying the utilities as long as I can keep the cost to around $1500.00 a month.
